In a fast-paced world, it’s harder than ever to find balance in our lives. We feel like we are being pulled in a million directions. We have work, school, friends, family, personal time, and finances. When one of these takes precedence over another, it can affect our happiness, well-being, and even health. Harmony’s purpose is to correct these imbalances and make us self-aware of unhealthy habits.
